Teenopoly is a board game and web resource designed by Jon Hamlin for his Learning Design assignment in Education 890 at Simon Fraser University.


Jon is a Master's Student in the SFU Educational Technology and Learning Design program and a technology / media arts teacher in Coquitlam, British Columbia.


Financial literacy is a topic that is underserved by the British Columbia Public School curriculum and this game & website will position itself as a valuable and versatile resource to serve educators throughout the province.


This game intends to offer both high and low-tech solutions to assist in developing personalized connections and meaningful discussion around relevant topics of financial literacy.
